INDULGE in the "Opulence of Sichuan" buffet at Dorsett Regency Kuala Lumpur's Checkers Cafe this month.
The buffet features dishes from China's largest province, famous for its cooking style of using an array of spices. The dishes are spicy hot, which is unusual in Chinese cuisine.
The soups are rotated daily with a choice of hot and sour chicken soup, shark's fin soup with crabmeat and Sichuan hot and sour soup with bread rolls.
