Statement of Mr. William F. Readdy Associate Administrator for Space Flight
National Aeronautics and Space Administration Committee on Senate Commerce,
Science and Transportation Subcommittee on Science, Technology and Space
May 5, 2004 Mr. Chairman and Members of the Subcommittee, thank you for
this opportunity to appear today to discuss the Space Shuttle and future
launch vehicles. When the President visited NASA Headquarters on January
14 and announced the Vision for Space Exploration, he presented a vision
