NEW YORK -- Filipino twins, Carl and Clarence Aguirre, joined at the top of
their heads, are in "really perfect" condition as they continue to
recuperate from Friday's brain surgery -- the latest in a series of
procedures that ultimately will separate them, doctors said.
The twins, who are both bright eyed and active, are back at Blythedale
Children's Hospital where they stay between surgeries to undergo therapy.
Robert Marion, MD, Carl and Clarence's lead pediatrician, said, "the boys
have not yet restarted their physical and speech therapy regimen as they
are regaining strength after a complicated surgery." He stressed there were
