Article: Juvenile Justice prepares report on Omar Paisley's death

An internal report on the death of 17-year-old Omar Paisley is expected by
the end of the month, a spokesman for the state's Department of Juvenile
Justice has told The Miami Times.

The report is being compiled by Lynne Winston, Juvenile Justice's inspector
general and one of two high-ranking Blacks in the department's high
command. The other is Rod Love, assistant secretary for prevention and
victim services.

"Ms. Winston is a highly respected and highly capable individual. We have
every confidence her report will be thorough and will include corrective
recommendations," Bob Finch, the Juvenile Justice spokesman, told The
Times.
