Q: I HAVE been reading and collecting all your tips on baking and cooking but I still cannot bake a perfect cheesecake. The ones I have made always crack even though the taste and texture are good. Please advise me on the heat and the type of function to use, such as double grill or grill with oven. I have an electric oven and I've tried the various functions.
This is my recipe for a light cheesecake. 330g cream cheese 68g butter 2 tbsps lemon juice 130g fresh milk 60g cornflour 8 egg yolks 8 egg whites 170g icing sugar
