Pinch-hitter Matthew LeCroy hit a grand slam in the ninth inning to give the Minnesota Twins a 6-5 win over the Toronto Blue Jays on Wednesday afternoon.
Torri Hunter, Michael Ryan and Henry Blanco singled off Toronto closer Terry Adams (3-3) before LeCroy came to the plate in place of Alex Prieto. He sent his first homer of the season over the center-field wall to put Minnesota ahead.
