WE WERE FOUR YEARS AGO Washington, D.C.- U.S. Congressman Mike Pence today
addressed the question of whether we are better off today than we were
four years ago. This question, made famous by Ronald Reagan during his
1980 Presidential campaign, has been used by numerous House Democrats recently
to argue against Republican policies of the past four years. Pence's comments
