But first, comedian Bill Cosby didn't exactly have them rolling in the aisles Monday night when he addressed the crowd at a gala black tie event celebrating the 50th anniversary of Brown vs. the Board of Education.

To the crowd's shock and surprise, Cosby ridiculed lower income blacks. "Ladies and gentlemen," he said, "the lower economic people are not holding up their end of the deal. ...
