SA: New research may lead to insomnia cure
New research shows body temperature might hold the key to curing insomnia.
A study at the University of South Australia has found that body temperature plays
a vital role in the onset of sleep.
Research fellow CAMERON VAN DEN HEUVEL says the healthy adult bodies start losing heat
from their central core about one-and-a-half hours before falling asleep, bringing on
increased feelings of tiredness.
