China Putian to Cooperate with Eastman Kodak
BEIJING, Jun 01, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- China Putian Corporation (China Putian), China's largest IT product and service provider, is planning to set up a cooperation relationship with Eastman Kodak, a leading company in traditional and digital imaging, and sell its cell phones and relevant products in Eastman Kodak's outlets. And now they have reached a basic agreement.
According to the agreement, Eastman Kodak do not need to make any investment, and even involve the management. Since China Putian also has enormous distribution ways itself, Eastman Kodak is puzzled.
