Guangzhou Municipal Government Takes Over China Hotel
GUANGZHOU, Jun 14, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- The 20-year agreement for China Hotel has expired, and the cooperative parties have signed an agreement to hand the property right over to Guangzhou Municipal Government.
China Hotel is a sino-foreign cooperative five-star hotel, and most of the original cooperative parties are Hong Kong enterprises.
The hotel is located in Guangzhou City, and its largest restaurant is more than 1,500 square meters.
