Statement of Charles W. Turnbull Governor United States Virgin Islands
House Resources Committee June 16, 2004 Mr. Chairman and Members of the
Committee on Resources of the U.S. House of Representatives, I would like
to thank you for the opportunity to appear before you and to testify on
the proposal for the establishment of an unelected Chief Financial Officer
for the Government of the United States Virgin Islands. Introduction: The
