Starbucks buys its Singapore operations
SEATTLE, Jun 21, 2004 (United Press International via COMTEX) -- Starbucks Coffee of Seattle said Monday it acquired its licensed operations in Singapore from its partner, Bonvests Holdings Ltd.
Financial terms of the cash deal were not disclosed.
Starbucks said the deal is expected to close by the end of June.
Following the acquisition, the operating results for Singapore will be included in Starbucks reported ...
