TIGER prawn lovers can check out the karuma ebi promotion held at Gen Japanese Restaurant, Legend Hotel in Kuala Lumpur until July 31.
One can have the dragon sushi maki, which is deep-fried tiger prawns sushi-style or kuruma ebi kishi yaki, which is baked tiger prawns with garlic shoyu in foil.
Another style is kuruma ebi kesyo age, which is deep-fried tiger prawns coated with filo pastry and served with sesame mayo flavoured sauce.
Popular is kuruma ebi gratin, which is baked tiger prawns with white sauce and topped with panko and tobiko sauce.
