Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst cleared in case

DETROIT, Jul 02, 2004 (United Press International via COMTEX) -- A Michigan court said Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst was not responsible for a paramedic's injuries sustained when the frontman beckoned fans toward the stage.

The Michigan Court of Appeals unanimously cleared Durst of any wrongdoing Wednesday in a case brought by Christopher Dickenson, who suffered brain damage when a fan kicked him in the head at the Oct. 29, 2000, show at the Palace in Auburn Hills, Mich., E! Online reported Friday.
