WHILE we are familiar with blood donations, the same cannot be said about bone marrow donations.

Turned off by fear and inadequate information, not many come forward to aid patients with leukaemia, stem cell disorders, lymphoma and thalassaemia.
It is believed that there are less than 5,000 bone marrow donors in the country.

To educate the public on bone marrow transplants and the donation process, Kuala Lumpur Bone Marrow Transplant Foundation held a "Hold On To The Dream 2004" awareness campaign at The Atria mall in Damansara Jaya ...
