WASHINGTON, Jul 15, 2004 (United Press International via COMTEX) -- A 24-member Organization of American States mission will supervise the referendum to be held on July 18 in Bolivia. The vote will outline government guidelines in the administration of the country's hydrocarbon resources. An OAS spokesperson stated that all the observers will be in Bolivia by Friday and that preliminary results of 80 percent of the vote will be available by evening of Sunday, the day of the poll.
