Research and Education (CORE) Committee on House Science Subcommittee on
Environment, Technology, and Standards July 15, 2004 Good afternoon, Mr.
Chairman and members of the Committee. Thank you for the opportunity to
discuss pending legislation and reports relating to the organization and
research programs of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
