SPRATT: Well, thank you for coming.
Senator Conrad and I learned yesterday that the mid-session
review, long awaited, would be released today. So we both made plans to
come back to Washington to be here and give a response to OMB's presentation
with respect to the mid-session review.
Obviously,we have not had a great deal of time to study it. But
there are certain salient facts about it that don't take a lot of study.
