Jeffrey Rabkin has assured himself a chance to repeat a medal-winning performance at World Bowls, the lawn bowls world championship, in Ayr, Scotland. He has clinched at least a third-place finish in Section 4 of singles qualifying, which automatically sends him to one of two Championship sections.
