Friday, July 30, 2004 -- Is Israel decadent? Spend your evenings in a Tel Aviv club - where the thing to do is pop ecstasy, maybe watch a live sex show, maybe hook up and have sex with one or multiple partners in the toilet stalls (with management's blessings) - and you might be forgiven for thinking so.
