Parmalat Finanziaria, the Italian dairy giant, sued Deutsche Bank on Monday as part of a continuing effort to recover money from banks that provided it with financial services during the year before it collapsed. Parmalat's government-appointed administrator, Enrico Bondi, is suing the Italian branch of Deutsche Bank, seeking to recover 17 million, or $20.8 million, paid to the German bank in December 2003, the same month Parmalat defaulted on billions of euros of bonds.
