Anyone who's ever had a brother or sister knows they can be people who use your stuff without asking, tell on you to Mom and Dad, and in general make your life a pain.
Yet, they're also people you can giggle with, tell secrets to and count on if you're in trouble. When it comes down to it, you're very glad they're a part of your life. However, lots of children in foster care are not so lucky.
