(Colorado Daily) (U-WIRE) BOULDER, Colo. -- What's crappier than "Alien Resurrection," more painful than "Predator 2" and more pointless than "Freddy vs. Jason?"

"Alien vs. Predator."

This is another sad example of the kind of film-going experience when you walk out of a movie theater after the end and think, "How the hell did they screw that up so bad?"

Paul W.S. Anderson made a name for himself creating movies out of video games like "Mortal Kombat" and "Resident Evil." Unfortunately, they were crummy.

Here's how the movie should have gone: Alien fights Predator. Predator fights Alien. Humans get blown up. Alien and Predator fight again. The end.
