New Country School Director Pat Tison admits it's a struggle. With just 25 students enrolled for this year, the board of directors will have a tough time making the tuition cover costs and salaries for the 32-year-old school in West Baldwin.
"This is going to sound strange, but when it comes to state recognition, we're kind of an approved non-approved school," said Tison.
