Forget the World Cup and European Championships. Chelsea coach Jose Mourinho says the Champions League is the competition that matters.
Mourinho is preparing to face struggling Paris Saint-Germain in Tuesday's Champions League Group H encounter at Parc des Princes.
"This is the most beautiful competition in the world," Mourinho told reporters Tuesday. "The quality is superior to the World Cup and the European Championships."
Having won the Champions League last season with Porto, Mourinho was hired by big-spending Chelsea over the summer.
