SYDNEY, Sept 23 AAP - They say you have to break a few eggs to make an omelette.

But that's set to change as food producers try to satisfy the appetites of increasingly
time-strapped consumers.

The executive director of the US Egg Nutrition Centre, Donald McNamara, said the egg
could soon arrive in a bottled omelette mix complete with ham, cheese and capsicum.

The pasteurised liquid mixes could also be enriched with vitamins, minerals and nutrients
such as Omega 3, folic acid or Vitamin E, simply by changing the diet of the ...
