Housing, and Urban Affairs September 29, 2004 Chairman Shelby, Senator
Sarbanes and Members of the Committee, thank you for inviting me to testify
before you today about the 9/11 Commission Report and our efforts to identify
and combat terrorist financing. The members of the 9/11 Commission and
staff deserve our gratitude for their thoughtful report as well as for
