Dubbed the "Queen of Constituent Service," Sixth District Councilwoman Joan
L. Krajewski has earned a reputation for responding to the needs of the
more than 100,000 constituents service requests she receives annually.
"She works so hard for constituents," said Patty-Pat Kozlowski, a
legislative assistant in Krajewksi's office. "She takes care of her
neighborhood, fixes potholes - typical nuts and bolts issue. She has a
staff that is noted for getting back to people."
Kozlowski said the council-woman's staff is always on call for the
community. "That's our job. We have to get back to people quickly and
promptly," she said.
