A City charity has launched a new venture to continue supporting
people with learning disabilities.
Case Training Services has opened a new centre in Greenwood
Avenue, north Hull.
The new premises include a drop-in IT centre and a base for making
and selling garden furniture.
The development, which coincides with the charity's 21st
anniversary, will see trainees working on several garden projects.
Linda Pawson, manager of the centre, said: "There will be 20
trainees working on a garden project.
"The ultimate goal of their work will be to move at least three
people into employment.
"A great many of our trainees are really talented gardeners
despite their disabilities. They have really taken ...
