Nursery staff at the centre of an abuse case returned to work
yesterday after a five-week suspension.
Seven complaints against the three women were upheld by the Care
Commission last month, detailing how they humiliated, force-fed and
inappropriately restrained children at Wee Rascals Nursery, in
Kintore.
The nursery was also issued with an improvement notice, outlining
changes it had to make to avoid losing its licence.
The nursery had until yesterday to submit evidence to the
commission that it was complying with the order.
Last night, nursery owner Fiona Angus said the returning staff
were "fine" despite the scandal and said she was confident the
nursery would meet the requirements of the ...
