Chefs at an Angus hotel tickled the tastebuds of a television
presenter yesterday when they were filmed for a new series about
Scotland's finest food.
Food writer Nell Nelson visited Castleton House Hotel, near
Glamis, to record an episode for the second series of The Woman Who
Ate Scotland.
The broadcaster spoke to owners David and Verity Webster about
their home-reared Tamworth pigs and sampled a meal rustled up by head
chef Andrew Wilkie.
