St just's Cockspur Cup run came to an end yesterday when they lost
their delayed semi-final at Bromley by 88 runs.
St Just won the toss and, after being put in, Bromley lost an
early wicket with Graham Trenwith striking in the second over.
Nick George picked up a couple of wickets, including former Surrey
batsman Nadeem Shahid, caught in the deep for 55, at 76 for three off
15 overs.
The home team fought back as Nicky Bluett (52) and James Watson
took the total to 153 before Matthew Issacs blasted 59 not out.
With Watson making an unbeaten 59, a hundred runs came off the
last 12 overs for the fifth wicket to get the total up to 253 for
