There is no way that I could ever think of becoming a vegetarian,
but every now and again I do rather enjoy a sortie into vegetarian
dishes. One way of doing this is to use vegetables as the main
ingredient for a family meal.
Brussels Sprouts and Pasta
Serves 4
450g Brussels sprouts
225g fresh pasta shells
25g butter
5ml dried English mustard powder
25g flour
