wrinkles, claims Nicholas Perricone, a former Yale assistant
professor of dermatology.
He tells how his "facelift on a plate" diet will bring noticeable
differences within three days, and how expensive lotions and other
remedies for ageing are insignificant compared to eating oily fish
twice a day.
