Durrat Al Bahrain, the Kingdom's largest planned luxury mixed-
use residential, commercial and resort development, today announced
news of the creation of a new company to manage the on-going
property and facilities management needs of Durrat Al Bahrain.
The new company, Durrat Resort Management, is tasked with
creating the policies, systems and procedures that will manage the
municipal requirements of the $4 billion Durrat Al Bahrain project
during the closing stages of development and following completion.
Olive VFM, the Facilities Management services consultant, has been
appointed by Durrat Al Bahrain to advise upon the establishment of
