A GRILLED CHEESE sandwich by any other name might be a "Fromage a
Trois" or an "Omaha Fred" or a "GoRILLa-misu," and it might taste
just as sweet or even sweeter, especially if it's a dessert version
in The Honey Pot category, even though a dessert version of grilled
cheese is just WRONG and I don't even want to talk about it.
But I will, because it was part of Oakland's inaugural Grilled
Cheese Invitational, a grill-off and triumphant celebration of all
things cheesy and bready and swathed with enough butter to slick
back a hundred pompadours, or grease up a dozen pro-wrestlers and
maybe even Hayward's "The Rock," nee Dwayne Johnson, because who
