A CAFE for breast-feeding mothers opened in the region
yesterday.The Baby Cafe was opened by the Mayor of Stockton,
Councillor Bill Noble, at the town's Sunrise children's centre, in
Yarm Road.New mothers who visit the facility will have the
opportunity to share breast-feeding concerns and receive help and
advice from health visitors and midwives.The cafe is only the second
of its kind in the North-East, following the opening of a similar
centre in Newcastle.It will open from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to
Friday.Health visitor Lesley Weeks and midwife Judith Mills will be
there every Tuesday, from 11.30am to 1pm, to answer queries and give
