DO you have a queasy feeling in the stomach, nausea and a
headache? If you do, chances are that you might be suffering from
food poisoning. Maybe it's not a serious case, but you still need to
get medical attention because food poisoning might be fatal if proper
steps are not taken.
Food poisoning defined
When food poisoning occurs, it means that you are under attack by
tiny living organisms such as bacteria or viruses which are commonly
found in food, raw or cooked. Food poisoning occurs especially when
the food consumed is not properly prepared or handled.
