A SCRUMPTIOUS spread which includes some of the best authentic
Malay cuisine is available for berbuka puasa at the Dorsett Regency
Hotel's Checkers Cafe.
Executive sous chef Ard Amat and his team have prepared some
exciting dishes from seven different menus which rotate daily.
From the soup corner, there is a choice of sup kambing, sup ekor,
sup soto ayam, sup ayam and sup petola telur, while the appetisers
include such ulam fare as salted fish and egg, as well as condiments
like sambal belacan, budu, cincalok, sambal nenas, sambal mangga and
tempoyak.
The live action stalls feature daging panggang lada hitam,
tandoori ayam, satay, nasi ayam, laksa Penang, mee bandung and buruh
puyuh goreng.
