HAIR loss affects everybody, young and old, and those who have
positive family history of baldness are especially prone to this
problem.
But what actually is hair loss?
Dr Steven Chow, organising chairman of the coming Hair Forum 2002,
said there is genetic and non-genetic forms of hair loss.
"Hair loss is simply defined as an excess of more than 100 hairs
lost per day from someone with a full head of hair, a situation which
