HAIR loss affects everybody, young and old, and those who have positive family history of baldness are especially prone to this problem.

But what actually is hair loss?

Dr Steven Chow, organising chairman of the coming Hair Forum 2002, said there is genetic and non-genetic forms of hair loss.
