KUALA LUMPUR: Transparency, accountability, a good track record and most of all, sincerity. This is what young voters want of the candidates hoping to form the next Government come March 21.

And many among them appear to be in favour of the ruling Barisan Nasional for its proven track record.

In a random survey of first-time voters, especially among undergraduates, The Malay Mail found that the personality of the candidate is as important as the track record of the political party.
