Camella Ehlke's decision to forgo a fashion scholarship for an
experimental design was a risky but worthy decision.
An innovator in the role of art and design within New York's urban
scene, Ehlke's label, Triple 5 Soul, has stretched its street designs
far into the hip hop scene of New York and beyond.
Her streetwear style has been popular among renowned DJ's, hip
hoppers, designers and urban scene followers, and Triple 5 Soul is
also responsible for producing Scratch, the 2001 documentary that
chronicled the history of turntablism.
