Article: Boyfriend released after blood samples taken for DNA testing

PETALING JAYA: The boyfriend of murder victim Goh Lee Fang was released yesterday after he had given his blood sample for DNA testing.

The 32-year-old air-condition and electrical appliances store owner in Sungai Buloh, who was arrested on Friday, was taken to the University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) about 11am yesterday.

He was released an hour later.

"We have recorded his statement and we have his blood sample. We will recall him for further investigations if necessary," said Petaling Jaya deputy police chief Superintendent Abdul Rahman Ibrahim.
