PERDANA ParkCity Sdn Bhd, a property unit controlled by the
privately
held Samling Group is in talks with a healthcare group and a
supermarket
chain to set up a base at the Desa ParkCity township in Bukit
Menjalara,
its chief executive officer, Lee Liam Chye, said.
"We are prepared to offer five acres of land to the healthcare
group to
set up and operate a private hospital in the township," said Lee
in an
interview with Mail Money in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.
The Sarawak-based Samling group is controlled by tycoon Datuk Yaw
Teck
Seng via the Yaw and Sons Holding company.
