BINA Goodyear Bhd is believed to have won a RM147 million contract
to
help build two blocks of condominiums in KL Sentral, people
familiar with
the matter said yesterday.
Mail Money was told the company was notified last week, that its
proposal has been accepted by Suasana Sentral Two Sdn Bhd.
The high-end Suasana Sentral condominium project is expected to
commence early next month and completed within 24 months.
Suasana Sentral, the core developer of KL Sentral, is a 70 per
cent
unit of United Malayan Land Bhd, while the balance 30 per cent of
Suasana
Sentral is owned by Malaysian Resources Corporation Bhd (MRCB).
