That is what Chan Chong Ming-Koo Kien Keat felt when they arrived at

the Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim on Thursday and learnt other than them, Lee

Chong Wei was the last Malaysian standing in the World Championships.

The five pairs who played before Chong Ming-Kien Keat arrived, had been

wiped out.

What made it even more daunting for the Malaysians was their third

round opponents were Fu Haifeng-Cai Yun, the third seeds and All- England

champions.

"We didn't know what was happening at the stadium until we arrived.

Once we did, there was more pressure on us," said Kien Keat, after they

stunned Haifeng-Yun 11-15, 15-4, 15-8.
