FOR many people, especially the young and non-Muslim in this
country,
Ramadan is the month where one can get a variety of great food and
dessert at night markets every single day! But for more than a
billion
Muslims around the world, Ramadan is a month of blessings marked
by
prayers, fasting and charity.
While the biggest change from the ordinary days for most would be
the
`puasa' and the awaited moment to `buka puasa', this is also the
time to
feed the spiritual craving with Tarawih prayers, reciting the holy
Quran
and learning more about the religion.
Some get their spiritual guidance on Islam by reading books and
magazines, while others may choose to learn visually via
television.
So, ...
