IRONICALLY, the most important hardware at the Panasonic exhibition in the three-day KL International AV Show 2003, is the least noticeable.

The might of the SD card which Panasonic wants to highlight goes unnoticed. A tiny piece of plastic, the SD Card is a highly-secure, stamp- sized flash memory card which can be used on many Panasonic AV products.

National Panasonic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd's Panasonic marketing department manager Lam Yin Keong said Panasonic's current theme is "Fun to Link".

Lam said movies or videos, for example, can be recorded on a Panasonic DVD RAM video camera and then viewed on a huge (or small) Panasonic TV.
