Article: Over-age Chit Chat stripped of top title

Bonza Chit Chat, the four-year-old winner at the British Eventing Breeding Championships, has been found to be a five-year-old.

The horse, ridden by Marie Ryan, wife of international eventer Matt Ryan, at the September Championships was found to have been foaled in 1999 after a British Eventing investigation.

Now the [Pounds]1,000 first prize money has been handed back by the rider and the horse's owner, Antoni Nabozni.
